Vic: Construction workers to be locked out

Construction workers locked out of building sites tomorrow are expected to barricade
the offices of the peak builders body.

The Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) has employed security guards and
requested a police presence at its East Melbourne offices.

MBAV executive director BRIAN WELCH says unions have signalled they're going to barricade
the building on Tuesday and Wednesday.
