QLD:Entertainment venues in jeopardy on river

BRISBANE, Jan 12 AAP - Two large boats converted into entertainment venues on the Brisbane
River look to be in grave danger as water levels continue to rise.

The Drift Cafe, moored on the river at Coronation Drive, in Milton, was almost entirely
submerged by the flooding, with just its white roof poking out of the water.

The Island Party Boat, on the opposite bank of the river at South Brisbane, looked
in peril from the rapidly moving currents.

The huge vessel, a barge which had been converted into a nightclub venue, looked to
