Tas: Tas Labor government `illegitmate': Libs

Tasmanian Liberal leader WILL HODGMAN says he will move a motion of no-confidence against
Labor Premier DAVID BARTLETT at the first opportunity.

Mr BARTLETT has been ordered by the state's governor to recall parliament and test
his support as premier in a house that has ten Labor members .. ten Liberals and five
Greens.

Governor PETER UNDERWOOD says Mr BARTLETT is the incumbent and has an obligation to
form a government .. so parliament can test it.

A determined Mr HODGMAN has accused Labor and the Greens of acting dishonestly toward
the Tasmanian electorate .. saying they have no moral authority to govern.
